Mistaken Subscription

I was in my class when it happened and it was a mistake. I accidentally subscribed to Zoom without meaning to and I didn't realize it happened until I looked at my billing statement. I was looking to see if I could get a refund but I can't find someone to help me with this problem virtually besides the bot ai chat, which didn't help lead me to the right direction for this.
