Hello, I'm trying to enter my new VAT number. But Belgium has just changed the structure from BE 0 xxx xxx xxx to BE 1 xxx xxx xxx. Many systems have not adapted (probably with automatic structure verification systems). As a result, my "new structure" Belgian VAT number is not accepted. It's indicated as "invalid", even though it's correct and intra-community (I use it elsewhere without any problems, but several companies are also blocked by this change).

Can you help? I can't reach Zoom for this problem. The automated chat doesn't understand anything. How can I get a real person to explain the problem (which doesn't just concern me!)?

When inserting a new user to access ZOOM with our company's address, the platform says that the address has already been used, but we do not use this specific address. It does not appear in the "pending" list. How should I proceed to show the application that that address does not exist?

My history of paid invoices only shows payments up to November 2023.
The history for December 202 and January 2024 does not appear.
These invoices have not been charged to my credit card.
The support service is terrible!
I don't know what to do!

Every time I delete the profile picture, Zoom only temporary hides it. At the next login (I enter with Gmail ) it is there again. I would like Zoom to display only my initials without any profile picture, but that doesn't work.

How can I prevent that?

I am trying to cancel zoom webinar add-on Subscription and the Zoom is not allowing me to do so.

I have also raised a request - BIL0342352 & It seems no one is listening.

Whenever I try to cancel, I get this error - "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."

I have also screen recorded to help better understand the scenario.
