On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I let my Pro One licence lapse earlier this month as I no longer need it.  Since then I have received an invoice for £9.79 even though I paid the previous year's licence fee in total in January 2023. 

 

I have tried for hours to contact Zoom to sort this out, without any success.  Cancelling the contract retrospectively online is not an option as my Pro One Licence does not show in my account any more.

 

Has anyone else had this experience - I am concerned that this may only be stage one  and that I will receive further invoices for a service I do not use any more?  If so so can you advise me accordingly?
