Hi everyone,

 

This has been a major issue for us - How to delete CORP account user and transfer any of their already scheduled future meetings to a non-CORP paid account user. I am not even able to add "alternative host" to an existing meeting when the co-host has fully paid PRO account, only they're NOT on our CORP account

 

Can someone please assist? Support is not helpful though I have a ticket for a week

I Have Made Payment But My Plan Is Still Not Upgraded To Pro

I'm having trouble since my Zoom One Pro membership hasn't been enabled and my account still displays basic. I paid on January 11th and it's still showing the same.

Unable to login into my account

I am trying to login to my licensed zoom account. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no prob... Show more

I am trying to login to my licensed zoom account. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no problem. I have sent them from another computer and no problem. Still not coming through from Zoom though.  

 

I have reported the problem from my other account as I am not able to get any emails from zoom. But I am not sure if they would communicate with me back to the email I put in my ticket.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I think this is not fair and I would appreciate being reimbursed as soon as possible

One-Time Passcode never received at Login

My main account for Work isn't receiving the One-Time Passcode. Is anyone having this issue? I'm trying to renew subscription. It's not an issue with my inbox, and it is not showing up in spam. The account I'm logged in right now has no issues either... Show more

My main account for Work isn't receiving the One-Time Passcode. Is anyone having this issue? 

I'm trying to renew subscription.

 

It's not an issue with my inbox, and it is not showing up in spam. The account I'm logged in right now has no issues either. Just my main work account. 

Troubleshooting:
Checked Spam, Email, settings etc - no issues. 
Tried to log into Zoom Application, never receive passcode.

Used Phone Application, no passcode received. 
Tried to log into Zoom Community with said account, no passcode received. 
Attempted multiple browsers and devices just in case, never received a passcode.
