I can't access the subscription I paid for "Web Seminars".

Hello! Yesterday, February 9th, I subscribed to the "Web Seminar" service for a month for an auditorium of 500 people. When I go to the "Personal" menu and want to test the "Web Seminar," I don't see the necessary data to conduct it. What could be happening?
