Charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for

Correct an email but not change it….please help

In my account profile I noticed that my email has a capital letter in it. I apparently made a typing mistake when I signed up. When I went online to correct it, because it’s not a new email address, just a correction, the system wouldn’t allow the ch... Show more

In my account profile I noticed that my email has a capital letter in it. I apparently made a typing mistake when I signed up. When I went online to correct it, because it’s not a new email address, just a correction, the system wouldn’t allow the change. Do the cases matter? Maybe they don’t but I want to make sure everything is set up correctly to avoid further problems.

I’m asking because when I tried to set up a meeting yesterday the invitees did not get the notification. Is there a connection? 

I struggle with technology so any help would be appreciated.

PS I tried calling customer support but the system asked for information that I don’t know where to find and was not able to connect with a rep.

PRO ACCOUNT BILLED WRONGLY

Dear team,

 

We closed the company on which we opened the account and payed previous years. We updated the account details and we need the the current invoice to be cancelled and Zoom invoice us on the updated billing details.

I want to use my current Zoom account on another device. I tried logging in from another device and was asked for an email verification code. However, because the email address connected to Zoom is unavailable, the authentication code cannot be received and logging in from another device is not possible. Therefore, I would like to receive a verification code via another email. If this method is not possible, I can create a new account, but please check if I can continue the paid payment information. If there is a possible way, please suggest.

Resolved! How to be an Administrator on my account?

I am locked out of the account and cannot do anything until it is verified, but there is no way to verify it. I need to find a way to log into the account so that I can delete it. It's too harsh to pay for this for a year when I don't need it anymore. Subscription payment has been made automatically from today, but please cancel the payment amount. (I canceled my subscription on the webpage, but it says that it is possible from today (August 9, 2024) next year. I would like to cancel immediately.)
