I have been invited as a member (admin) into an account, but I can't see the incoming zooms. How can I solve this?

The inviter has sent the invitation to the correct email address. The thing is I can't see the incoming zooms. It is as if I cannot see the zooms because he did not share them with me. 

I can't reach out the support by chat (chatbot is useless) because only those who pay for the final plan can use it
