Hello all. I have a question about having certain features "locked disabled" at the account level versus the group level.
All of our users are not in a group right now. But we have a feature that we would like to test run with about 20 users, and leave it locked for the rest. 

My thought is that I could unlock this at the account level, then bulk add my users to Group A, where the setting would stay locked disabled. Then my 20 users I could move them to Group B, and have the feature allowed to be turn on.

My only questions are, since Group A would be about 2400 users, and I wouldn't want to mess with any individual settings other than this one when moving them into the group:
When a group is made, does it mirror account settings?

and does this seem like the most straightforward way to achieve the result I am looking for?

Hello, my account is zoom one basic plus, which supposedly entitles me to 4 meetings a month that can go beyond the 40 min time limit.

However I had only 1 meeting which is 60min long and just finishing the meeting, I got the email it said you had only  2 meetings left.Is it a system error?

Seit denn (Januar 24) kann ich die alten Zoom Rechnungen von 2023 nicht mehr abrufen.  Es zeigt nur eine neue Rechnung. so als ich Komplet neues Konto hätte.  Wo kann ich sie finden, downloaden oder nachträglich beantragen? Mein Plan ist Zoom one Pro, davor hatte ich auch ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement.

I am with a small non-profit, and as Program Director share all programming via Zoom weekly.  We just realized I am showing up as the "owner" when really the non-profit is the owner and I am the user or admin.

The non-profit has paid for a license for my use since it's beginnings. It seems we didn't understand the correct way to reflect our roles in the organization when the account was first opened.

 

I have spoken to support and received two different answers. One to purchase an additional license and another to make me a member and the organization the owner but haven't been able to figure out how to do that.

I just want to cancel my entire Zoom account at this point. I dont want the plan or anything, just cancel and stop charging me for a service I haven't used in a year!!!
