Aconteceu o mesmo comigo e ainda pior:  aparece que há faturas vencidas e um "crédito" na lista de faturas.  Muito confuso. Também quero ajuda.  Tentei falar pelo Chat com o suporte, mas o robo é insistente e mesmo clicando várias vezes e logada, ele diz que preciso entrar na conta (sendo que estou na conta).  Me ajudem aqui!!!
