It sound like you're having issues processing a payment via credit card or PayPal. Please have a look at the following article to see if the error code you're receiving is part of the list: Error codes for billing 

If this doesn't help, please submit a request to Zoom Billing. Our specialists will need to access your account to troubleshoot the error.
