Reporting on licenses

I am looking to cleanup my enterprise account. We have more than 23k licensed users. I'm looking for a report or a way to compile multiple reports so that I can see which users have not logged in in more than 6 months. Of those users, which do not ha... Show more

I am looking to cleanup my enterprise account.  We have more than 23k licensed users.  I'm looking for a report or a way to compile multiple reports so that I can see which users have not logged in in more than 6 months.  Of those users, which do not have custom PMIs or cloud recordings.  If I can identify these folks, I can do a bulk import to either demote or delete their accounts to free up licenses.  Does anyone have any insight?  I do not find the reports available to us particularly useful or intuitive.

Does Zoom have a VAT ID number? Zoom does not have a VAT registration in each individual EU Member State. Instead Zoom is registered for VAT through the non-Union Mini One Stop Shop (‘MOSS’) in the EU. The non-Union MOSS scheme is a simplification available for taxable persons that are not established in the EU, to collect and remit VAT on supplies of telecommunications and/or electronically supplied services made to non-business customers in EU Members States. The MOSS scheme allows suppliers of telecommunications and/or electronically supplied services to non-business customers to avoid registering individually in each EU Member State. Zoom has selected its country of identification for MOSS purposes as the Netherlands.

About to give up on Zoom -

Since mid September I have been trying to resolve an account issue with no reply after posting here several times and submitting a ticket as instructed. We are a nonprofit. In order to renew using a tech soup coupon we had to cancel our account. Done... Show more

Since mid September I have been trying to resolve an account issue with no reply after posting here several times and submitting a ticket as instructed. We are a nonprofit. In order to renew using a tech soup coupon we had to cancel our account. Done and done, resubscribed, worked fine. However we needed to change the owner of the account - billing support helped with that HOWEVER instructed me to set up a new email address, different from license emails or account owner emails. Did that. Rep said they would "sync the two accounts". This has not happened. I log in with the "new" email address (who is the admin), and get a notice that I have unassigned licenses. I try to assign licenses (we purchased three) and get a message that I have exceeded the # of licenses we are allotted.  The offshoot is that I cannot, using this new email address, assign alternate hosts for our meetings. When I try to do that, the message says "the email account  (that I'm trying to make alternative hosts with) does not have a license assigned to it nor are our regular meetings showing up on this new email. And, of course I can't assign alternative hosts via the other email sign ins as they don't have admin permissions.  So, here I am. I am confused and frustrated. The accounts need to be merged and the license issue resolved. I'm feeling like I am hitting a wall with trying to get support to fix this.

HELP!!! Zoom claiming I have no live support, even though I have pro

I am beyond frustrated with Zoom.  We have Zoom Pro and Zoom Phone.  Our phones are not ringing so I tried to contact Zoom for live chat support (which I have used within the past couple of days).  Zoom's stupid bot is saying that our account does not come with live support.  I do not know why the live support is not working now, when we are clearly paying for Zoom Pro.  I have an invoice indicating that we paid for Zoom Pro for the next year.  Zoom's horrible support is paralyzing us.  We are paying for help and cannot receive it.  I do not know what I can do.  Any advice is welcome.

How do I pause my zoom pro account since I only needed to use it for 1 day but will need to use it for the remainder of the days (27 days left for my monthly plan this month) starting late November or so.

Does this make sense? I paid for one month of zoom (31 days) but would like to pause it and use 28 or 27 days I paid for some time in the near future.

After transferring my data to a new phone, Zoom automatically logged me out of my main device and requested that I enter a 2FA or recovery code, despite having only a basic account. I’ve tried all the suggested methods provided by Zoom, but NONE of them worked. As a result, I can no longer access to that account due to this issue!
