Hello Zoom Team,

I need some technical support regarding zoom app latency issue in our organization ,how to connect technical support or create a ticket as currently have basic plan.

if their any paid support available please let me know surly .

any help will e appreciated .

@richakm - You can find the levels of support listed here for the various license options.  That being said, if you are looking for latency issues, that would likely involve network issues on your side.  Unless there is a system wide issue that impacts a significant number of customers, there is not much Zoom can do to determine why your specific account is running slow.

its working fine in physical device,facing issue only in windows 365 cloud pc .

Hi

Currently I have basic zoom license where I tried to submit the ticket but it auto closed. I am looking to upgrade it to ZOOM Workplace pro with ZOOM Workplace pro can I request and submit a technical support ticket issue .?

Yes, you can submit a problem ticket by clicking on the question mark in the circle in the upper right of the client and select "Report Problem".
