subcription didn't upgrade despite the payment

Hi. After payment, I did everything I could do including signing in & out and all the instructions posted on zoom website.

But, everything didn't work, and I still see my account with basic license.

I wish you to solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can keep using your services with satisfaction.

or I wish you cancel my subscription and help me get refund.
