When I tried  to change under "My profile" and "Sign-in Email", this  came up:

"Check your previous sign-in email (***********) to confirm this change. Until your new email address is activated, you can still sign in with your previous one. All notifications will still be sent to this email address. If you cannot access your previous email, contact Zoom Support."

Suspended account asking for new billing?

I have received a billing from zoom saying that my next billing is coming this Nov 29.

I am shock and confused and even angered. 

My account was suspended earlier this year with code (1003)

This problem was never solved. I had paid for this account and was not able to use the service for almost the whole term. 

As it was suspended, I can't log Into my account management. Now zoom is asking for a new billing which I can't even cancel? I am using another account of mine to post this. 

This is just ridiculous. Pls assist me with the canceling instruction. Thank you

Resolved! Reverted to Basic Plan, still receiving Emails

I had a Zoom Pro subscription. But then I canceled it and expected to revert to the basic plan. However, I am receiving emails by Zoom team that an invoice is due. How do I stop getting these emails?

Hello.

Firstly, I would like to underline that Zoom again and again approves the status of one of the worst customer experience providers. To spend my money for its products and find a way to appeal to support is the challenge all the time. Its interface is not user-friendly at all, the Bolt is one of the worst bots ever that only spamming and never helps, and this ordering process has blocker that can't be resolved for a simple user. 

I just tried to get annual subscription and filled the "Billing info" and "Sold To Contact". The system requests Tax Identification Number (TIN), in general all requested information related to a business customer. I'm not a business customer that was specified at the first step, I have a TIN like an individual entrepreneur, but the system rejects is. So, I can't purchase the product I need because of my TIN is not valid from the system's perspective (by the way, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties doesn't think so). 
And trying to resolve this, I looked for support and have found this Community page. Well, what can I say, great service Zoom (no). Because when your customer runs into issues with your products, as I see, your community should work to resolve it.

Does anyone have an idea about a solution for my problem with rejection of my TIN?
I'll really appreciate your help, Community.

Hi. In my invoice for zoom account, there is an option to transfer to Wells Fargo Bank. But in the invoice no address that bank. Which address that I can use? Thank you

We feel totally RIPPED OFF by the Zoom sales team. Early in the year we were urged to pay $350 per month to cover possible extra phone charges that we may encounter. (known as Overages) Stupidly we took up the option, and then when we realised in July that we didn't need it, we went to cancel it.

We were told it was a 6 month term and to come back in October. We did, albeit in early November, and now we are told that because I didn't give 30 days' notice in September we now have it for another 6 months. This is despite us telling our account rep that we no longer wanted this Overages charge.

This is just deceptive and misleading trickery, and it is so disappointing that it would be from a global brand such as Zoom. We only went with Zoom for our telecommunications because we thought Zoom didn't behave like this.... well until now.

 

We want this Overages charge removed from our bills immediately. We don't want it, and we don't use it. But we are told we are stuck with it for another 6 months, all because I missed some secret renewal deadline.   Can anyone offer any advice?

I got charged $231.00 today by zoom

My current plan is monthly and every month I am charged $21.00 CAD, but today I got charged $231.00. Can someone please help clarify why I am being charged this huge amount?

I host a paid webinar every couple of months for up to 250 paid attendees. Zoom Webinars allows participants to cancel at any point, including DURING the webinar, and receive a refund, despite them agreeing that there is a no-refund policy when they register.

I just received the registration emails for the first time and see that there is a line on the email "You can cancel your registration at any time." - so now I know how they can do it.

This has become costly for me as I end up eating the paypal fees when they cancel, which is around $5 a person.

I wish Zoom would add a similar feature as they seem to have for Events to Webinars. I do not want to move over to Events, but may need to change platforms if they are not able to prevent people from cancelling webinar registrations. Any workarounds for this??

Resolved! Cancelling subscription fails

Stopped working distance. When I try to cancel my subscription it still say it’s active and not cancelled. Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Followed the instructions.
