Cancelling subscription fails

Stopped working distance. When I try to cancel my subscription it still say it’s active and not cancelled. Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Followed the instructions.

Well. Problem solved. I tried to cancel it from the phone. The ad that pops up when hitting cancel subscription need so be scrolled to the bottom of it. There you have an alternative to cancel your subscription once more. So you who try and fail, don’t just close to popup ad.
