Has anyone been waiting for their refund for almost 6 months or longer? I requested a cancellation and it feels like this guy is taking me around for a spin. We are a charity organization and they haven’t given us our money back still. Keeps telling me he hasn’t received approval or some excuse. This is absolutely unacceptable but has anyone seen this?

My company has an upgraded pro account (let's call it Account A), and I have a personal free account (let's call it Account B). 

We want to change the ownership of Account A to me (meaning that the login will be done using my email). I saw this article, but I don't see the "Change Owner" button. 

Pls, help me sort this out.

Is it possible to move users to another zoom account? We would like to move 4 users from account b to account a and then discontinue account b. We have 3 Zoom One Business users and 1 Zoom Webinars user. The Zoom Webinars has scheduled meetings for the next three months.

I do not use one of my licenses and I wanted to remove it. I got to customer service, which was horrible, but he said he adjusted it and will only be billed for one. I have given it two weeks and it still says I'm going to be billed for both. There's no edit button on the phone like there is for zoom one. I've tried to contact support and just get caught in an endless bot chat. 

Any help is appreciated.
