Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal subscription after the termination period (when it has already been prolongrated) und will the annual payment be refunded in this case? And why Zoom doesn't notify their users in advance that the subscription will be automatically prolongated unless cancelled by the last day of the current subscription?

we are facing an issue with our credit card. It takes a time to solve 10-15 days. But our due date is Jan 10, 2023.

Hello friends, 

I had been using Zoom for a couple of years joining in people talks. that was I had a free account, then. but last year I thought, I might try to do some talks myself so I bought a paid one. but I never used it much or and I wasn't successful at it. As it happened I had to change my bank account, it got hacked. so this year after my paid account finished and Zoom, couldn't get their money, They keep sending me emails saying to pay. ? How can I tell them I have no need for a paid account? 

Can someone advise me pls, and I hope that I still can Join other zoom rooms without trouble?
