Need to remove a user license on my phone line
I do not use one of my licenses and I wanted to remove it. I got to customer service, which was horrible, but he said he adjusted it and will only be billed for one. I have given it two weeks and it still says I'm going to be billed for both. There's no edit button on the phone like there is for zoom one. I've tried to contact support and just get caught in an endless bot chat.
Any help is appreciated.
