Has anyone been waiting for their refund for almost 6 months or longer? I requested a cancellation and it feels like this guy is taking me around for a spin. We are a charity organization and they haven’t given us our money back still. Keeps telling me he hasn’t received approval or some excuse. This is absolutely unacceptable but has anyone seen this?
