On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Need to remove a user license on my phone line

I do not use one of my licenses and I wanted to remove it. I got to customer service, which was horrible, but he said he adjusted it and will only be billed for one. I have given it two weeks and it still says I'm going to be billed for both. There's no edit button on the phone like there is for zoom one. I've tried to contact support and just get caught in an endless bot chat. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience! You should be able to edit the number of licenses directly yourself on the Zoom web portal under Admin > Account Management > Billing (https://zoom.us/billing ). If that isn't successful and you're in the United States or Canada, I would call the number listed at the bottom of website for Sales - +1.888.799.5926.
