I've been charged double my subscription fees!

I pay £7.19 every month, but this month I got charged double the fees; £14.39!

I can't contact Zoom team. What should I do. Shall I cancel the subscription before the renewal date or what?

Thank you for reaching out to Zoom Community! It sounds like you may have used a coupon to be paying £7.19 monthly as that isn't the standard price for a Pro Monthly subscription.

 

I recommend contacting our Billing support team here for assistance with this as they will need to access your account to investigate.
