Dear Zoom Support Team,

 

On May 12th, I purchased the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" feature for $53.17 (including tax). However, I noticed on June 2nd that the feature had been cancelled, and the associated benefits were immediately withdrawn, even though the feature was intended to last until June 12th.

 

I would appreciate clarification on the following points:

 

  1. Who initiated the cancellation of the feature?

  2. Why were the benefits of the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" withdrawn immediately? (I realized this on June 4th while hosting a webinar, as I received a notification that I could only admit 99 participants.)

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

disable domain management

How do I allow my end users to go out on their own and manage their own accounts? The unlink feature is greyed out next to everybodies account name.

I am the account owner, and originally purchased my annual Zoom Pro and Zoom webinar subscription with a company card. However, the new finance guy at my company wants billing for Zoom sent to him, not to me. How do I arrange to give him access???

I need a 2F authentication reset or cancelation form. I can not get a representative to take my request . The chat just circles me around to log in, or reset password and to solve the problem from inside my Pro account. The problem is that I can not log in because my phone broke and I can not access Authy for the 2 step authentication so I can not solve the problem this way because I can not log in.

I am  the admin of  my account so no one else can enable me. This is the reason I need to to reset or cancel the 2 F Authentication settings. Please send me the form to verify my id  instead of asking me to log in because I can not.

Previously there was an option on Support to submit a request to Billing team to provide a PO number, but it's removed.
