I upgraded to zoom pro business plan account, but the account plan is still showing basic.
Can anyone help me with this regard? I have been logging with the correct email id that was used for the pro account.

I would encourage you to reach out to our billing department. We may need to sync your account on the backend to allow your accounts to merge into the business plan. This happens sometimes. You can also try to clear your cached memory and/or uninstall your Zoom application on the device you are using and then reinstall. This sometimes acts as a sync on our servers and can solve the issue without billing intervention. Let me know if this works for you.
