アプリの更新について

サインインするには、5.17.5以降のバージョンアプリが必要と出て使えません。ITチームに連絡と書かれてあるのですが、連絡先すら提示されず八方塞がりです。緊急で使うのにもかかわらず使えない状況で困っています。
