Urgent: NGO Discount Coupon Not Working After Changing to Monthly Plan

Hello,

 

We recently applied for the Zoom for NGOs program to receive the 50% discount, and our application was approved. I was instructed to follow a link to complete the purchase. However, when I switched the subscription from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the coupon became unusable, showing the message: "You are not eligible to use this coupon."

I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue two days ago, but I have not yet received a response. Given our upcoming event, we are in urgent need of activating the Zoom plan as soon as possible.

 

Could you please expedite the resolution of this issue or advise on how we can proceed to apply the NGO discount to a monthly subscription?

Please note that the offer is only available for annual plans. When you signed up for a monthly plan, your account unfortunately became ineligible for the discount. 

 

To apply your existing coupon code, please go to zoom.us/billing and cancel your monthly Zoom membership before the end of the current service period, which is shown on your invoice. Then resubscribe to an annual subscription online using the coupon code given. At the end of your monthly subscription, you will be able to resubscribe using the coupon code provided by Goodstack by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Account Management and then Billing.
  3. Click Upgrade Account and select the product and the number of licenses that you need.
  4. NOTE: You must purchase all the licenses and add-ons in one checkout because future purchases in the middle of the billing cycle will cancel your discount, and you will be billed for the regular price.
  5. On the right side of your screen, find the button that says Add Coupon Code.
  6. Please type your discount code in the empty box and click Apply.
  7. Once you see that the total price reduced by 50%, you may click the Continue or Place Order button.
