Hello, we made a change to our payment method during the month of June, and the June invoice is unpaid. This invoice is from May 14th to June 13th (but it's not the same price as the previous monthly invoices). I also see that a July invoice (from July 7th to 13th) has been generated, which I don't understand. Can you explain this to me?

Please note that the payment for the June invoice failed multiple times due to an error with your payment method. Based on this, your subscription was automatically cancelled by our system and the June invoice was reduced by the credit that resulted from the cancellation. You can re-subscribe via https://zoom.us/billing.
