I am trying to find out information on how to transfer a Zoom account that is set up for our Non profit  to allow someone else to be host of the site.

I can not seem to find ANY WAY to actually SPEAK to a person.   Maybe i should set up a ZOOM meeting and invite someone from Zoom to the meeting?    But oh no...... that would actually require me to KNOW the name and contact of someone who can help me!!!!!

Access to Cloud Documents if Transferred to a different licence

My team currently has a business license but we're moving to and Educational one. Some people have saved recordings to the cloud. With the transfer, will these recordings still be available?

I would like to renew my Zoom One Pro but instead of renewing it via a reseller, can I renew it directly with Zoom?

 

If the reply is Yes,

- Can someone provide a high level overview on the process?

- Can I maintain and continue to use the same sign in email address (when my license was from the reseller) once I renewed with Zoom?

I may have screwed up my Zoom account. I have a paid account but on some meetings it limits them to 45 minutes. Is there a way to see all my account settings so I can figure out what is going on? Thanks

We have recently been purchased by another company.  We will be getting rid of our email server/service and will need to change the email associated with our users' Zoom accounts.  I have looked through various help files, I see where to disable  SSO but I do not see how to do everything.  We can manually setup passwords and change emails from the admin side on the Web, we do not have many employees.  The users will be using their new email address which we do not manage.  If there is a better chat for this question, please let me know.
