Pro account isn't being recognized after accidental merger
Hi,
I was recently made an admin of an account who I do contract work for, which meant that our accounts became merged. It was then decided that I didn't need to be an admin and I was subsequently taken off their account however it looks like our accounts are still linked:
I am paying for my Pro account and payments are being taken out monthly
I only have 40 minute meetings
I keep getting emails saying my storage is nearly full
The recordings on my storage belong to the contractor, not myself.
Any help would be appreciated!
