Hi Folks, 

I cancelled by subscription for the paid service (pro) service in  Nov 22, but I am still getting billed for it. My account was show a 'Free' account, but I was still.getting billed. So last month I deleted by free account and hope that would solve the problem, but I am still getting billed.  Can anyone help me solve this ?  I firstly want to stop paying £14.39 a month and I also feel like the last 6 months should be refunded. 

If any Zoom emloyee reads this, my invoice no. is INV207180852 and the account was under another email address, not the one I am logged in to now to write this message.

I have a subscription professional account and I cannot receive the OTP codes to connect from my computer. The password reset mail is received normally, but no OTP codes have been received in two days and multiple tries. I have whitelisted "***********" but still I do not receive the OTP. The account is working perfectly otherwise, the OTP from zoom is the only mail that seems to not be received. The account I am posting this is not the account in question, but there was no other way to submit a support request. I am unable to use my account for the past few days, this is urgent.

I can't delete two users - the three dots are missing

I have two strange looking email addresses in my user list, and I'm not sure what they are for. They look like this: room_(random letters and numbers)@mydomain.org. It says Zoom Room underneath them, but we do not have any zoom rooms that I am aware ... Show more

I have two strange looking email addresses in my user list, and I'm not sure what they are for. 

They look like this:  room_(random letters and numbers)@mydomain.org.  It says Zoom Room underneath them, but we do not have any zoom rooms that I am aware of.  I tried to delete them; but the three dots that open the options to delete/unlink/deactivate is missing.  Can someone tell me what's going on?

I'm using a Lenovo laptop (Yoga) running Windows, using the free version of zoom. I'd like to confirm I have most up-to-date version before a meeting begins. Steps from the zoom site are as follows:

  1. Open and sign in to the Zoom desktop client .
  2. Click your profile picture to view client options. 
  3. Click Help, and then select About Zoom.  
    You will see the currently installed version of the Zoom desktop client.

When I sign in and click profile picture, Help is not among the Client Options. First level options are <my email address>, "Plans and Billing" and "sign out".  Scrolling down, there's lots of detail about preferences for meetings (e.g., language, date format, etc.) but nothing that says Help.

Has anyone figured how to check if your e-mail is on the bounce list without a paid subscription?

I do not receive zoom e-mail registration notifications. There are instructions to contact support to check to see if your e-mail is on a bounce list but as an unpaid user, I do not have the ability to contact support. 

Has anyone figured out how to deal with this? 

 

When I type in bounce list into the AI chat bot, I am given directions of how to check to see which hosts I have unsubscribed from (personally I know it is none of them). The instructions provided after clicking on settings are not possible to perform because there is nowhere I can actually check to see which hosts I have unsubscribed from. 

I am hoping someone has a fix. I don't want to contact the host given the number of registrants about them privately sending me the zoom details.

 

Alternatively, it would be great to see all the zoom meetings I have signed up for using my e-mail address that are coming up so I can login there and access an attendee link.
