I cannot get into my account. I have been paying for some time and have not been able to use since my old email is no longer working. So not able to have the account and passcode # they want. I called the bank and they are sending a stop charging to ... Show more

I cannot get into my account.  I have been paying for some time and have not been able to use since my old email is no longer working. So not able to have the account and passcode # they want.  I called the bank and they are sending a stop charging to them now and if that does not work then they will start a dispute resolution for me but that will take time.  You cannot reach a person to help and the bots are useless.  If you do set up and account use paypal.  I believe that you can stop that anytime you need to. At least that is what I am hoping.  Not sure what to do at this point but very disappointed in this whole thing. No support or customer service, SUCKS.

Account login problem

I can't log into my account.

Writes wrong password. When collecting, a letter is sent to the mail that the account with this E-mail was not found.

ZOOM has gone down in quality so badly over the year we are ready to quit.  I am paying $14.99 a month for the service, but can get no help on any question.  The virtual assistant is an absolute joke.

 

All I wanted to know if how I can have a customer log in remotely from a site.  I have a remote log-in icon in my software for ZOOM contact to us.  But, it is always trying to log in with audio when I do NOT want that as an option:  Normally, I am on the phone with them and just want their screen displayed.

 

Are their better options than ZOOM.  I have been with them since they started, but my $14.99 a month is not paying for any help.

Two Zoom Accounts

Hello.  I have a personal zoom account affiliated with my personal email, and another zoom account affiliated with my business email.  How do I either delete the personal zoom account or merge the two together please?

Hi! Whenever I try to upgrade my free zoom account to the paid version, I get the error message:

 

“Something went wrong. Please make sure that your billing information is updated, and pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser.”

 

billing info is correct and pop-up blockers are not active.

 

this happens with whatever browser I try to use and no matter which credit card or even PayPal. There’s no problem with the credit card at all.

 

im at a loss as to what to do. I have previously been a paid member. How to do the upgrade?
