Hi! I'm trying to reset my password. When I click "forgot password," I am redirected to the sign in page and told to sign in using my google account, giving me no option to actually reset my zoom password. Somehow I got logged out of my zoom account on my app and am now only able to access my account via the zoom website which obviously isn't conducive to continuing with my scheduled meetings.

 

Please help! Thanks in advance.

Please try a different card or a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact your bank." I have tried two card and i need to host an important meeting tomorrow.

Hello there,

My account which I bought one year plan for in January was downgraded to basic without my consent. I have tried several options but despite charging me $161 for a one year plan in January, I was downgraded to Basic on June 15 with no communication whatsoever. Under invoicing, I see a credit balance of $98 but this is nowhere to be found. Not refunded to the card where funds came from and if i try the subscribe option again, it asks me to make payment afresh. How do I resolve this urgently please?

On 23rd June I signed up for zoom pro and on 26th June the money came out of my account. On 23rd June, I set up two meetings for tomorrow and sent the links out, but when I came to log in today it said the account hadn't been used before. I need to log in to the account with my Pro linked to it that I set up the meetings in urgently for work. 

 

I had an old zoom pro account linked to a different email, but that one is on Basic with no meetings upcoming either so it's not a case of wrong email address.
