Zoom account lost

I can't access my zoom acount because i lost my email address et the account want me to change my password with an email. I can't do anything I have the password and yet i can't acces my account

If you no longer have access to the email address attached to your Zoom account, learn how to submit  a request to Zoom Support to change the sign-in email.
