Impossible to contact customer department

I've been trying to contact the c.d for 2 months  ( from may 2023) for telling that I will not renew my paid subscription 

I have not been able to do it by myself 

I haven't found even 1 email working 

I don't want to pay  from july 2023 stop billing me an give us an mail address  for communication i'm so frustrated!!!

- I have a similar problem, and I have not received a response from support for the last 4 months, and the money keeps being debited.
If the service continues to violate user rights, we could be in touch with you to try to resolve this issue together. Do you minde?
