I cant pay as it freezes when i submit payment  help please

If you are having trouble submitting a payment for your subscription, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.

Prerequisites for registering for Zoom Events

Note: For attendee access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we highly encourage attendees to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
