Hello! I need some help. What does 'Quantity' in my current plans signify and can it be changed or affect my monthly payment? If so, how and where to fix it?

Thank you for reaching out to Zoom Community! Quantity refers to the number of licenses you've purchased.

 

If Edit Current Plan is grayed out, please follow the instructions to contact Sales. If you need billing assistance, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They may need to access your account.
