Purchasing One Pro takes too long

I paid for Zoom Pro yesterday. They said they are still working on the purchase and that I will receive an email with further information within the next 1-2days.

 

I guess something went wrong because usually you get immediate acces after paying.

Can't add the Large Meeting plugin to cart, I Have Zoom one pro paid subscription.
Im pressing in 'add to cart' and its just not working (others add on are working if im trying to add them to the cart)
