Meeting interrupted in spite of having a basic plan payed. how do I get support?

Tried billing because my pro (subscribed and paid until June 2023)  is only allowing basic package. Submitted ticket, no response. Don't receive verification emails, submitted ticket. Added filter to receive emails, still don't receive them. Finally got live chat and ended up back at square one. Can't get assistance, don't pay enough. Ehy would I pay more when I can't get the package I pay for at present?  Any suggestions on either getting issue resolved or suggestion of a platform where help is forthcoming? Attached chat to show the frustration in dealing with zoom

 

Hi quincy67. did you get any resolution to this? I'm having the same issues and the only resolution I can find is to cancel my account altogether!
