Hello,

I have a question and need help, nobody there to email about t

We had our credit card stolen and didn't see the automatic payment didn't go throw for 2 months

We have now paid the 2 months from the past but the payment plan that was before got deactivated and no way to have the same deal that was active last year. It now only takes us to normal plans

How can I reactivate the deal we had before?
