No access to gmail anymore - change my account please

I have another seperate paid account for my family that is different from my personal account (i use it for my company). But google has deactivate the Google-Account (and the email adress) for the familiy account. Now I can´t login anymore to zoom - ... Show more

I have another seperate paid account for my family that is different from my personal account (i use it for my company). But google has deactivate the Google-Account (and the email adress) for the familiy account.

 

Now I can´t login anymore to zoom - everytime it sends the verification code to this adress - but i can´t access them.

 

I ask google some weeks and many often to reactivate my account - but they didn´t answer me. So I don´t know why them they block me.

 

What can I do to access to my Zoom again?

Selective subscription

I don't ever use Zoom whiteboard (24.90) so how can I remove that from my automatic renewal plan so that I will only be billed for Zoom One Pro($149.90)?

I have been trying for over a week now to make a payment on my account, but I keep getting this error message:

"Payment is declined because the account has insufficient funds, please contact your bank or try a different payment method."

 

I have contacted my bank, but they said the issue is not from their end from Zoom.

Разве можно без моего согласия снимать  с банковской карты средства без наличия подписок.

Payment taken wrongly

Zoom has taken money from my account. I havent used this account for about a year and I remember cancelling. How do I get a refund? The website it utterly usless for customer support.

My yearly subscription to Zoom Pro is due on November 29, 2023. Until last year, I have gotten a yearly reminder of automatic yearly renewal.

This year, I was asked specifically to renew manually, otherwise I would be put on the monthly plan. I have tried to renew a couple of times but it’s not possible.

Can anybody help with making sure I will be billed annually automatically?
