Can not cancel Pro subscription, to completely delete Zoom account.


I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 6 months. I have tried everything under the sun, everything the (lack of) customer service has suggested and still no resolution. I just want to cancel my entire Zoom account at this point. I dont want the plan or anything, just cancel and stop charging me for a service I haven't used in a year!!!
