I'm hosting a training for 2 months. I need to add a co-host and when I've tried it tells me I need to pay for an additional license. I really don't want to pay for a full year for someone who is only going to be an alternative host for two months. Is there any way I can purchase a 2 month license for someone?

I want to be able to livestream into a group. I have gone into the settings to change this, but it says admin locked. I am the owner, so I should have complete control.  I dont know how to change the settings so it can become unlocked. Can someone please help? 

An employee is trying to become a member of my team but can't. She was paying for her own subscription but since we got it as a team, wants to cancel her personal subscription and join the team zoom account. when she cancels her membership she is paying for it won't allow her to join our team. How can we get this fixed?

Почему я не могу войти через аккаунт google?

Для входа нажимаю войти через аккаунт google, затем соглашаюсь со входом через аккаунт google, затем просит пароль для входа в zoom, ввожу его, но выходила ошибка, сбросила пароль и попробовала заново зайти с помощью акаунта google, но опять ошибка пароля, который я только что сменила.

Зашла не через аккаунт google, а ввела почту и пароль от zoom и только тогда смогла зайти в свой профиль.

На другие сайты через аккаунт google я захожу.

I have a Pro account. I had a question, and the bot could not find the answer. I was asked if I want to help from a live technician - and to give my MasterCard for a refundable $2 fee. I did that. The technician (in my case) was quite lame, and knew less about Zoom than I do. But guess what - my Master card statement showed not just the $2, but also a $66 charge! These were from something called Just Answer. In their view, by asking a question I subscribed to a MONTHLY subscription to Just Answer. After some fighting they cancelled my subscription (meaning that they did not continue charging me $66 every month - can you imagine?)  After some more fighting, they refunded my original $66.

I looked up Just Answer. They are a complete scam. Be very careful. It turns out (I never knew that) that a Pro account does not qualify us for live help. So if the bot does not have an answer for you, look for an answer elsewhere.  

I don't understand why the Zoom bot sends us to such a disreputable sketchy enterprise.
