 My sessions are not 40 minutes. Please help.

Where is my profile number that support asks for?

For 40 min setting:

1-Click the Calendar icon
2-Select a Date
3-Choose a Time
4-Select the Duration of the meeting

For Profile:

it depends on type of your account

1- if licensed, support may ask for account number
