I have an zoom account and am trying to log onto it with a different device. Zoom is sending an authentication code. The account is under a google group email but it keeps getting bounced. IP address is fine and other emails will still go to that email. Just wondering if there is something built into zoom that is stopping a verification code is never sent to a group email or something like that. If anyone knows how to fix this or if I am just out of luck.

zoom subscription

I was billed for a zoom subscription on my credit card but i didn't apply for it. and the confirmation email was sent to my old email which i never use for my Zoom account.

We currently have 60 licenses under an educational account but would like to reduce this to 17. May I know if we will lose our cloud recordings? We were told that we will lose the cloud recordings of the 43 accounts but since the licenses and the accounts are independent of each other, I'm just a bit confused how those recordings will be tagged for deletion.

During the Corona pandemic we used Zoom very regularly and with pleasure. That's why I had upgraded my account to Pro, so I wouldn't have the 40 minute limit anymore. Since the situation has calmed down, months have passed in which we have no longer used Zoom. I have kept the payments for the Pro account running. After we wanted to use Zoom again, I noticed that my account is marked with a Basic license and the 40 minute limit is active. What do I have to do to get the additional services I pay for?

Cancelling vs pausing

I don't use Zoom for all 12 months. I am a month to month subscriber who has an account that stores the recordings. Is there a way to PAUSE the membership vs cancel still keeping the recordings for when I return?

Hello, I participate in a regular Zoom meeting hosted by a friend.  My friend pays for the account, but she wishes to discontinue the meeting.  I would like to continue the meeting and assume payment for the account.  Is there a way for my friend to transfer "ownership" of the account and payment for it to me, so that we don't have to disconnect the meeting and start over with a new link?  A number of other people are dependent on this meeting and I would like to find the least disruptive way possible toward this transition.
