Cancelling vs pausing

I don't use Zoom for all 12 months. I am a month to month subscriber who has an account that stores the recordings. Is there a way to PAUSE the membership vs cancel still keeping the recordings for when I return?

Hi, @spachick,

 

 Do you just want to pause a webinar add-on, or a Zoom Pro license?  (Your post is in the Events and Webinars product area, so I wasn’t sure.)

 

How many months out of the year do you use your account?

 

You can always download your Cloud recordings and then upload them to YouTube or Vimeo for others to view, if that’s what you need.
