I'm trying to create an account to one new employee and I've tried a several time but I never receiving the email with the verification code to be able to create the account. We are more than 20 people and all goes well with all other account but this one bother me.... I can't try with another email address because he have only one name 🙂 and it's impossible that someone else already have this email address because it's in relation with our company name.

 

Just to make sure to not receive this answer, yes I already looked into the spam !!!

 

Thanks for any solution since it's impossible to talk to someone from Zoom. Only the poor robot chat.......

I have two accounts-a free one with my personal email address, and one for work with my work email address. In my work account profile, I have my work email address listed. Despite this, when I schedule meetings through my work account, it still sends the invitation from my personal email address. How do I get Zoom to send the invitation from my work email address? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hola, Me pueden explicar algo por favor, tengo muchas dudas, hoy retome mi plan de 15 us estaba trabajando con el plan gratuito. Y como antes ya  tenía este plan, sabía que  tiene tiempo ilimitado, y hoy que volví a contratar me di cuenta que solo tiene 40 minutos de tiempo.  No se si es porque aun no se actualiza y eso se demora o si ahora ese plan tiene solo 40 minutos. Estoy confunida.

Anyone know how I can update my software?  It is saying I have to update, but an IT specialist is required.  It wont let me log in, so support wont help me because they require your meeting ID in order to help you.  Sales transfers me to billing.  And billing hasn't answered the phone.  I am currently locked out.  I am the only user/admin on my account, so there is no "IT specialist" I can lean on.  There appears to be no downloads option in my user profile.

Paid membership and receive credit
