Help Upating

Anyone know how I can update my software?  It is saying I have to update, but an IT specialist is required.  It wont let me log in, so support wont help me because they require your meeting ID in order to help you.  Sales transfers me to billing.  And billing hasn't answered the phone.  I am currently locked out.  I am the only user/admin on my account, so there is no "IT specialist" I can lean on.  There appears to be no downloads option in my user profile.
