Why dont we get our invoices i paid in full last year but still had to pay in in january.still waiting for a response .

Hi @Amy18 you can look into the KB on Viewing your invoice history. Your invoice history will state the following statuses in the Invoice History tab.

  • Open: You haven't paid the invoice.
  • Collected: You've paid the invoice and the payment has been successfully processed.
  • Processing: Reasons may vary. Contact Zoom Support for assistance.

 

For further assistance, our Zoom billing team does not monitor the community, therefore, you will need to create a ticket with our billing team at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032
