Why dont we get our invoices i paid in full last year but still had to pay in in january.still waiting for a response .

Hi @Amy18 you can look into the KB on Viewing your invoice history. Your invoice history will state the following statuses in the Invoice History tab.
For further assistance, our Zoom billing team does not monitor the community, therefore, you will need to create a ticket with our billing team at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032
