Hello everyone,
My account is linked to an old email that was hacked and I no longer have acces... So everytime I tryed to log in it asks me a "verification code" THAT I NO LONGER HAVE access... what can I do??? Every option that I searched on the internet tells me to log in first (😡😡)

Hi @lalaiao if you no longer have access to your original email address to verify the change, please follow the steps outlined in our support article here. You can submit a request to Zoom Support by selecting "Billing and Account Management" as the request type. When submitting a request, enter the following information:
- Please select your request type: Ensure that Billing & Account Management is selected
- Your email address: Enter your new email address that you can be contacted at
- Subject
- Description
- Request Type: Select Account Management
- About: Select Unable to access email
- Complete any optional fields that will assist with your request

I can login to web but I cant login to Desktop app on Ubuntu, keep seeing timeout
