I'm trying to create an account to one new employee and I've tried a several time but I never receiving the email with the verification code to be able to create the account. We are more than 20 people and all goes well with all other account but this one bother me.... I can't try with another email address because he have only one name 🙂 and it's impossible that someone else already have this email address because it's in relation with our company name.

 

Just to make sure to not receive this answer, yes I already looked into the spam !!!

 

Thanks for any solution since it's impossible to talk to someone from Zoom. Only the poor robot chat.......
