I have purchased a licenced account for myself and added one of my employees as a user. She is only able to use it for 40 minutes. Do I need to pay for her to have her own license or can she use mine? I really don't need one but want to pay for hers. Show more

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if Zoom is experiencing any problems with accepting payment from EU countries bank accounts? I have tried 3 separate cards today to pay for an invoice, and each time my payment was rejected. The original card linked to the Zoom account, that I have used for months was rejected and i recieved the following message: 

was unable to process successfully ( Error: Transaction declined.402 - [card_error/card_declined/transaction_not_allowed] Your card does not support this type of purchase. ).

 

I have also spoken to my bank, and they seem to suggest that the rejection might have something to do with EU regulations. Does anyone have any knowledge/similar experience? Don't know what else to do/who to ask 😞

I know this has come up before. I've paid for pro it's still showing basic.  It will not allow me to allocate the two licences I paid for - it says I don't have any and keeps asking me to upgrade. IT is not a cache issue either. I've had to explain my issue to three separate people via email, I dont' think they even read the streams. I attached the invoice show I had paid for two licences and I was asked if I wanted to pay for two licences - seriously????
