I have purchased a licenced account for myself and added one of my employees as a user.  She is only able to use it for 40 minutes.  Do I need to pay for her to have her own license or can she use mine?  I really don't need one but want to pay for hers.

Can someone please tell me if Zoom is experiencing any problems with accepting payment from EU countries bank accounts? I have tried 3 separate cards today to pay for an invoice, and each time my payment was rejected. The original card linked to the Zoom account, that I have used for months was rejected and i recieved the following message: 

was unable to process successfully ( Error: Transaction declined.402 - [card_error/card_declined/transaction_not_allowed] Your card does not support this type of purchase. ).

I have also spoken to my bank, and they seem to suggest that the rejection might have something to do with EU regulations. Does anyone have any knowledge/similar experience? Don't know what else to do/who to ask 😞

I just canceled my subscription after years of paying and little use especially v the past 6 months.     I just want my last payment back as I tried repeatedly to cancel.   I can’t get through the online chats and have no idea how to reach acres person. Frustrated

I only have one account. I am on the web. My profile picture is correct on my account.

Any and all help letting me know what to do is appreciated!!!!!!!!

I know this has come up before. I've paid for pro it's still showing basic.  It will not allow me to allocate the two licences I paid for - it says I don't have any and keeps asking me to upgrade. IT is not a cache issue either. I've had to explain my issue to three separate people via email, I dont' think they even read the streams. I attached the invoice show I had paid for two licences and I was asked if I wanted to pay for two licences - seriously???? 

At our organisation, we don't have enough pro licenses for everyone. The majority of staff have a basic license. We need a way of determining who gets a pro license and who gets a basic license. Does anyone else here have a method of determining this? A decision tree, for example?
